Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of clerical experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Take and process course registrations by phone, mail, fax, and on-site.
• Process online registrations and deposits accurately.
• Prepare and post receipts to ledgers and databases.
• Provide general clerical support for Continuing Education activities.
• Maintain mailing lists and distribute materials to registrants.
• Assist with program planning and reports as needed.
