Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of Patient Accounts experience required.
• Front-end experience in multi-disciplinary operations and handling of managed care insurances preferred.

Responsibilities

• Counsels patients with financial difficulties and assesses for lower fee schedules.
• Answers questions about fees and audits patient charts as needed.
• Verifies insurance eligibility and documents information in Axium; resolves insurance issues.
