Responsibilities include sterilization, radiography support, record keeping, and inventory management, with compliance to NJ licensing, safety, and pre-employment screenings.

Qualifications

• Completion of an ADA-approved dental assisting program.
• Certification as a dental assistant and expanded duty assistant in New Jersey.
• Minimum of two years of prior dental assistant experience.
• Valid NJ dental technology license and CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Chairside assists providers during standard and complex procedures.
• Hand instruments to providers during examinations and treatment.
• Monitor post-operative patient care and anesthesia recovery when needed.
• Maintain sanitation: sterilize room and prepare treatment areas.
• Maintain patient records and assist with scheduling communications.
• Develop and mount x-rays and manage inventory of supplies.
