Motion Industries is seeking a Customer Service Representative II to handle product inquiries, quotes, and order entry, ensuring customer expectations are met. You will place orders by phone, fax, email, or in person while negotiating pricing to support gross profit and customer satisfaction.

You will build relationships to drive repeat business, coordinate inventory and shipping options, and assist with escalations as needed.

Formación

• Typically requires a high school diploma or GED and 3–5 years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
• Reliability, organization, and attention to detail are essential.
• Excellent communication across written, verbal, and listening channels; able to multitask and manage time.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, provide quotes, and process orders.
• Place customer orders via telephone, fax, email, or counter sales.
• Negotiate pricing within parameters to influence gross profit.
• Build relationships to drive repeat business and improve processes.
