Motion Industries is seeking a Customer Service Representative II to determine and meet customer expectations, responding to inquiries, preparing quotes, and entering orders by phone, email or in person at the Lexington area branch.

The role involves negotiating pricing within set parameters to maximize gross profit, maintaining inventory levels to satisfy orders, and coordinating shipping methods. You may mentor junior staff and support select customers as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3–5 years related experience.
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, listening).
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries, provide quotes, and process orders.
• Negotiate pricing within parameters to influence gross profit.
• Ensure inventory availability and arrange shipping methods.
• Assist less experienced Customer Service Representatives and support specific customers.
