Motion Industries, a leading distributor, seeks a Customer Service Representative II in Fort Wayne, IN to determine and meet customer expectations, answer inquiries, provide quotes, and handle order entry with accuracy and courtesy.

You will build customer relationships, manage inventory for timely fulfillment, and support other representatives while maintaining high standards of communication and service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 3–5 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Responds to customer inquiries regarding products, provides quotes, and handles order entry.
• Places customer orders via telephone, fax, email, or walk-in.
• Influences gross profit by negotiating sale/purchase price within policy.
• Builds customer relationships to drive repeat business and improve processes.
• Manages inventory levels and ships orders to customers.
• May authorize orders up to $5,000 per line and $10,000 per PO.
• Expedites backorders and handles returns as needed.
• Supports other customer service representatives as required.
