Responsibilities

• Respond to complex customer inquiries and provide quotes.
• Enter customer orders via telephone, fax, email, or walk-in.
• Negotiate pricing within approved parameters to protect gross margin.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to drive repeat business.
• Coach and guide less experienced Customer Service Representatives.
