Qualifications

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.
Responsibilities
- Provides outstanding customer service and supports improvements in operational execution to meet service levels.
- Manages customer orders, backorders, and inquiries, coordinating with internal teams.
- Acts as liaison for invoicing, reimbursement, and related services.
- Collects and reviews customer feedback, complaints, and product returns.
- Identifies trends and opportunities to improve customer service and drive opportunities.
