Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Senior Representative, Customer Service Operations to provide outstanding service and manage Direct to Practitioner Sample accounts. You will support field sales, ensure timely order fulfillment, and handle contract administration with professionalism and customer focus.

The role emphasizes collaborating with Supply Chain, Finance, Operations and Marketing to enhance service levels, address issues promptly, and deliver value to customers within the healthcare network.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience preferred.
• Must live within a 1-hour radius of LaVergne, TN.
• High School Diploma, GED or technical certification in related field or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides outstanding customer service and supports improvements in operational execution to ensure service levels are achieved and exceeded.
• Manages customer account activity including order fulfillment of pharmaceutical sample product and order tracking.
• Liaises on invoicing, reimbursement, and problem/dispute resolution with customers.
• Collects and reviews customer feedback, complaints, recalls and product returns with Quality and Regulatory teams.
• Works with internal partners to support customer and stakeholder needs.
