Cardinal Health is seeking a Customer Order Management professional to manage customer concerns from first contact through final resolution, while processing orders, returns, and inquiries. You will work with Operations, Logistics, Pricing, and Sales to resolve issues and support goodwill credit submissions within approved limits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Proficient in navigating multiple systems to resolve customer inquiries.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer concerns from initial contact through final resolution to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Resolve customer issues ranging from routine requests to complex customer issues requiring detailed research and follow-up.
• Process customer orders, returns, and order-related inquiries.
• Conduct research and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Partner with Operations, Logistics, Pricing, Collections, 3rd Party, Sales, Retail National Accounts, and other cross-functional teams to resolve concerns.
• Support designated sales-related activities, including goodwill credit submissions within approved limits.
• Manage aged and escalated cases to ensure timely resolution.
