Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Senior Representative, Customer Service Operations to deliver exceptional service, manage accounts, and support field sales with timely order fulfillment and issue resolution.

The role collaborates with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations to enhance customer experience, track demand, and resolve post-sales issues while supporting new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience, preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides outstanding customer service and supports improvements in operational execution to ensure service levels are achieved and exceeded.
• Manages customer account activity including order fulfillment, backorders/substitutes, product change requests, and coordinating questions or issues.
• Collects and reviews customer feedback, complaints, recalls and product returns.
• Identifies customer trends and challenges to support business and operational efficiency.
