Job summary

Hunter Industries in California seeks a Senior Customer Service Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the Customer Service, Sales, Finance and QA teams. You will coordinate quotes, pricing, and programs, move orders through the cycle, and work with Finance on terms and credits.

Responsibilities include investigating complaints with Sales/CS, processing forms, and improving CS processes to ensure top-notch service. Spanish language skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the customer quote process and update pricing in the system.
• Move orders through the full order cycle.
• Collaborate with Finance on credit terms and credits when needed.
• Investigate customer complaints and resolve issues with Sales and CS teams.
• Prepare and process administrative forms; maintain sales records.
• Improve CS processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Provide monthly AR statements and assist with collections.
• Create and resolve Customer Complaints and RMAs.
• Distribute weekly CS and RMA reporting to Leadership.
• Support accounting with RMA documentation.
