Responsibilities

• Coordinate the quote process, pricing updates and program data in the system.
• Move orders through the full order cycle and ensure accuracy.
• Work with Finance to obtain credits, set terms, and issue credits when needed.
• Investigate complaints and resolve issues with Sales and CS teams.
• Process all administrative forms and maintain sales records.
• Develop and improve CS processes to maximize satisfaction.
• Provide monthly AR statements and assist with collections.
• Create and resolve Customer Complaints and RMAs.
• Distribute weekly CS and RMA reporting to Leadership.
• Collaborate with accounting to document RMAs thoroughly.
