Job summary

Hunter Industries Inc. is seeking a Senior Customer Service Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support across Customer Service, Sales, Finance and Quality Assurance teams.

You will move orders through the entire cycle, coordinate quotes and pricing, and collaborate with Finance on credit terms and collections. You will investigate complaints, process RMAs, and help improve customer service processes to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer knowledge; including strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to analyze reports and use data for planning, communication, decision-making, and problem analysis.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing organizational needs.
• Verbal and written communication skills in Spanish preferred.
• Knowledge of credit allocations and collections preferred.
• Experience with international supply chains and logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the customer quote process, contracts pricing and customer program information.
• Move orders through the entire order cycle.
• Collaborate with Finance to obtain credit references and establish payment terms.
• Investigate customer complaints and resolve issues with Sales and Customer Service.
• Complete and process administrative forms related to customer service; maintain sales records.
• Develop and improve customer service processes for higher customer satisfaction.
• Provide monthly AR statements and assist finance with collections.
• Create and resolve Customer Complaints and RMAs.
• Distribute weekly Customer Complaints and RMAs to leadership.
• Research and provide documentation for RMAs with accounting.
