• Maintains knowledge of all company products and services.
• Implements approved pricing policies and procedures.
• Promotes goodwill in all customer interactions.
• Coordinates with other departments to support production schedules and order priority.
• Prepares and submits Customer Complaints and Lost Business Reports.
