Responsibilities

• Coordinate the quote process, pricing updates and program data in the system.

• Investigate complaints and resolve issues with Sales and CS teams.
• Process all administrative forms and maintain sales records.
• Develop and improve CS processes to maximize satisfaction.
• Provide monthly AR statements and assist with collections.
• Create and resolve Customer Complaints and RMAs.
• Distribute weekly CS and RMA reporting to Leadership.
• Collaborate with accounting to document RMAs thoroughly.

Job description

The Senior Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for administrative and operational support to the Customer Service, Sales, Finance and Quality Assurance Teams.

Essential Functions:

• Coordinates the customer quote process, contracts pricing and customer program information. Updates pricing within the computer system.
• Responsible for moving orders through the entire order cycle.
• Works with customers and the Finance team to obtain credit reference, establish payment terms, and to issue credits when necessary.
• Investigates customer complaints and collaborates with the Sales and Customer Service teams to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
• Completes and processes all administrative forms related to customer service. Creates and maintains sales
• Continually develops and improves customer service processes to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Works with customers providing monthly AR statements and assists finance with collections.
• Creates and resolves Customer Complaints and RMA's.
• Responsible for distributing weekly Customer Complaints and RMA reporting to the Leadership Team.
• Works closely with accounting by researching and providing detailed documentation for RMA's.

Education/Training Required and Preferred:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience Required and Preferred:

• Minimum 5 years of customer service experience.

• Proficient computer knowledge; including strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

• Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical and organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing organizational needs.
• Verbal and written communication skills in Spanish preferred.
• Knowledge of credit allocations and collections preferred.
• Experience with international supply chains and logistics preferred.

The hourly rate for this opportunity ranges from $28.00 to $33.00
