Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Typically 5+ years Retention and/or Account Management Experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of benefits programs and pricing models.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide retention and account management for a portfolio of customers.
• Assist in contract negotiations and drive discussions.
• Deliver on-demand touchpoints to ensure client satisfaction and C-Suite engagement.
• Provide support for client service opportunities and coordinate implementation.
• Consult on retention strategies and provide leadership.
• Forecast attrition risk and monitor customers’ portfolios.
• Identify and transition customers to alternative service models.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
