Responsibilities

• Provide support to a high-volume SMB client base daily.
• Engage in pricing and contract negotiations to secure agreements.
• Maintain and strengthen C-Suite relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Experience and Pricing Strategy to elevate the customer experience.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and retention improvements.
• Comply with company policies and standards.
