Job summary

The role involves managing service dimensions, pricing considerations, and upsell opportunities for our SMB client base in a fast-paced environment. You will lead contract negotiations, drive client touchpoints, and forecast attrition risk while coordinating implementations to maximize satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Typically 5+ years retention and/or account management experience.
• Strong communication, analytical and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide retention and account management expertise to a client portfolio.
• Assist in contract negotiations and drive client conversations.
• Deliver on-demand touchpoints and ensure client satisfaction.
