Responsibilities

• Exercise sound judgment when engaging with internal and external parties.
• Collaborate with Operations to resolve customer inquiries.
• Provide accurate information using department protocols.
• Clarify issues, identify causes, and explain best solutions.
• Maintain accounts by processing customer adjustments and updates.
• Update the department spreadsheet with incoming orders.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the lead or supervisor.
