Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in navigating multiple systems to resolve customer inquiries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer concerns from initial contact through final resolution.
• Resolve issues requiring research and follow-up.
• Process orders, returns, and inquiries.
