Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process complex orders based on customer requests.
• Checks pricing and availability of products.
• Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill engineered-to-order orders.
• Coordinate with shipping to ensure timely delivery.
• Use CRM and other systems for tracking and troubleshooting.
• Orders involve multiple parts and shipments coordination.
• Assist with warranty and replacement parts.
• Build relationships with assigned customers.
• Support junior staff as needed.
