Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Sales preferred.
• Must be able to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Computer knowledge. Must know excel, word, power point and Macola (preferred).
• Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information.
• Ability to recommend and implement areas for continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of products and services sufficient to answer routine customer questions.

Responsibilities

• Crider, Inc. requires all employees to comply with and support all Food Safety and Quality policies, programs, and procedures to ensure our products meet and exceed consumers’ expectation.
• Communicate with customers, sales representatives, brokers, etc. over the telephone to communicate customer order status and/or adjustment where necessary in a timely, pleasing, and efficient manner.
• Receive, enter, and track customer orders to insure timely shipments and correct billing.
• Verify that customer is not on credit hold before accepting an order and notify sales representative if a problem exists.
• Verify that order meet our specified lead times
• Publish and distribute an open order report, which includes new orders, pick-up or delivery dates, purchase order numbers, inventory status, scheduled and actual production, and orders that have been delivered.
• Handle all product complaints with end users to assure proper resolution.
• Work directly with Sales team to ensure successful execution of Crider customer policy.
• Process sample order requests from the sales field.
