Job summary

Lennox International is seeking a Customer Order Support III to provide dedicated support to designated customers, from PO creation through order delivery. You will respond to emails, process complex orders, verify pricing, and coordinate with shipping to ensure on-time shipments.

The role requires a high school diploma and 3-5 years of related experience, with strong communication skills and the ability to navigate a data-entry CRM system in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related experience is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including effective listening.

Responsibilities

• Processes complex orders based on customer requests.
• Checks pricing and product availability.
• May coordinate orders engineered to order with internal teams.
• Partners with shipping to ensure timely completion and proactively informs customers of changes.
• Uses CRM and other systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting.
• Manages orders involving multiple parts and shipments.
