Cardinal Health is seeking a Customer Order Management professional in the United States (Juneau, AK) to ensure smooth handling of customer orders and inquiries. You will liaise with Operations, Logistics, Pricing, Collections and Sales to resolve issues and maintain an exceptional customer experience.

The role emphasizes researching and resolving problems, handling orders/returns, and supporting designated sales activities. A fast-paced environment and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in navigating multiple systems to resolve customer inquiries.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to work with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer concerns from initial contact through final resolution.
• Resolve issues ranging from routine requests to complex cases with research.
• Process customer orders, returns and order-related inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Partner with cross-functional groups to resolve concerns.
• Support sales activities, including goodwill credit submissions within limits.
• Manage aged and escalated cases to ensure timely resolution.
