Job summary

Varjo is seeking a Senior Customer Operations Specialist to manage NA order fulfilment, coordinate shipments, and act as the main contact for customers.

You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams globally, participate in development projects, and help ensure reliable, transparent service as Varjo expands in the market. This hybrid role is based in the US (Arlington, VA) with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain operations, order management, or related roles in global logistics.
• Experience in global logistics, especially with large carriers, is a plus.
• ERP experience with NetSuite is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team to hit objectives.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Purchase Order and Order Fulfillment Management: oversee and manage purchase orders for NA customers, ensure accuracy and timely processing.
• Customer Support: be the main point of contact for order status, shipping, and invoicing.
• Cross-functional collaboration: partner with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and logistics to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify process improvements and drive development projects within customer operations.
