Job summary

Vaco Recruiter Services is seeking a hands-on operations leader to head customer service and order management. You will guide a team of 4–5 professionals, optimize end-to-end fulfillment, and ensure accurate pricing and service levels across multiple channels.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, collaboration with international teams, and participation in ERP initiatives to improve efficiency and forecasting accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years in customer service/order management/supply chain/operations.
• Leadership experience in manufacturing/industrial distribution/supply chain.
• Strong understanding of inventory planning, forecasting, order fulfillment.
• Experience with ERP systems and operational reporting tools.
• International experience supporting global suppliers or distribution networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a 4–5 person team of customer service and order management professionals.
• Oversee end-to-end order fulfillment across channels (email, EDI, ERP).
• Monitor order status, delivery performance, inventory availability, and commitments.
• Resolve issues with internal/external stakeholders to maintain service levels.
• Drive pricing accuracy and order integrity prior to fulfillment.
• Support S&OP and demand planning activities and ERP initiatives.
