Job summary

Movado Group, Inc is seeking a Customer Operations professional to join the central Europe team, supporting Wholesale Retailers, Travel Retail and Distributors with all order-to-cash activities. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Tax, Master Data, Warehouse and Business Analytics to ensure smooth execution of tasks.

You will build strong relationships with sales and marketing, lead customer setup with MDM, manage orders and backlogs, train users on the B2B portal, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in EU operations within a fast-moving organisation.
• Strong customer focus with ability to deliver results across multiple teams.
• Excellent English and German written/spoken communication; French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned set of Key & Independent Accounts across order-to-cash processes.
• Build relationships with Sales, Marketing and Warehouse to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Lead customer set-up with MDM and train users on the B2B portal.
• Monitor open orders/backlogs and deliver ad-hoc reports; support SOX compliance.
• Participate in projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
