Dow Consumer Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Customer Manager. Location options include Midland, MI; Houston, TX; or virtually on the East Coast.

You will manage regional and cross‑business relationships for a key global brand in personal care and lead other direct accounts, shaping the annual sales plan and identifying opportunities with TS&D and Marketing. You will direct cross‑functional teams, negotiate pricing, and build a strong pipeline using CRM, DSR, CMT, and Smart

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military degree equivalence at or above U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be legally able to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio - prepare and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plan, delivering both value and volume.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales/marketing plan.
• Lead/conduct negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with other function(s) stakeholders to deliver improving CX results.
• Use CRM, DSR, CMT, Smart Pricing at “expert” level.
• Deliver growth, including cross business opportunities.
• Understand short vs long term trade offs and articulate them for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
