• A bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience (U.S. E5 or equivalent).
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer pipeline and growth strategies for new and existing customers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve service delivery for North America customers.
• Triaging and closing new leads; establish price/volume agreements.
• Maintain CRM and document selling opportunities and forecasts.
• Educate customers to use digital channels and act as a Dow digital ambassador.
