Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Lead Data Analyst to drive advanced analytics, design scalable dashboards, and translate complex data into actionable insights for marketing and business stakeholders.

You will lead cross-functional workstreams, manage project plans, and ensure timely delivery of key outputs. The role requires senior technical expertise, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in data analytics, cloud environments, and data governance to empower strategic decisions

Formación

• Bachelor or higher in supply chain, data analytics, or equivalent is required.
• Advanced SQL and analytics tool proficiency required.
• Experience leading complex analytical projects and dashboards.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, IT, and other units.
• Demonstrated data management and data governance capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, development, and delivery of dashboards and reporting solutions; plan timelines and deliverables.
• Oversee scalable reporting frameworks across product lines and segments.
• Lead customer and market analyses to support marketing strategy and decisions.
• Establish data accuracy practices and govern data assets; support audits and quality checks.
• Lead data acquisition, integration, cleaning, validation, and analysis across systems.
