Job summary

Ryder System is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to guide complex analytics for the Marketing organization and broader business. You will design dashboards, integrate data from multiple sources, and deliver scalable reporting while communicating insights to leadership.

You will drive data quality, governance and collaborative analytics across IT, Marketing and Sales teams to achieve strategic outcomes. The role requires senior technical expertise, project planning, and the ability to translate

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics or equivalent.
Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, MBA or equivalent preferred.
6+ years in Applied Projects experience, including digital transformation and data management.
6+ years creating dashboards for diagnostic analysis and cloud-based environments.
4+ years in an individual contributor role as a key team member.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development and delivery of advanced dashboards, reporting solutions and analytical products for executive leadership.
Oversee scalable reporting frameworks across multiple product lines and business segments.
Lead customer and market analyses across Ryder units, including sizing, share, growth trends and segmentation.
Establish data accuracy best practices, data integrity audits and governance of data assets.
Lead data acquisition, integration, cleaning, validation and analysis across multiple systems.
