Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Lead Data Analyst within Customer Insights & Data Analytics to lead complex analytics initiatives and translate large data sources into actionable insights for Marketing and the business.

You will design and deliver dashboards, data infrastructures, and reporting solutions, coordinating with Marketing, Sales, IT and other units to drive impactful outcomes and ensure timely delivery from concept through delivery.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree required in supply chain, data analytics or equivalent.
Master's degree preferred in supply chain, data analytics, MBA or equivalent.
6+ years in applied projects and digital transformation.
6+ years in creating dashboards for diagnostic analysis across the business; cloud experience.
4+ years as an individual contributor core team member.

Mansioni

Lead design, development, and delivery of advanced dashboards and analytical products with scoping and timelines.
Design scalable reporting frameworks across product lines and business segments.
Lead customer and market analyses to support marketing strategy and decision making.
Establish best practices for data accuracy and integrity, acting as data asset steward.
