Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Lead Data Analyst to drive advanced analytics for Customer Insights and data strategy. You will translate large data sources into actionable business recommendations for Marketing and other units.

You will design dashboards, manage data integration, and lead analytics workstreams from concept to delivery, communicating insights to executives and stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics or equivalent is required.
• Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, MBA or equivalent is preferred.
• 6+ years in Applied Project experience with digital transformation and data management.
• 6+ years in creating dashboards for diagnostic analysis across the business in a cloud environment.
• 4+ years as an individual contributor on analytics teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of advanced dashboards and analytic products for executive leadership.
• Oversee scalable reporting frameworks across product lines and business segments.
• Conduct customer and market analyses to support Marketing strategy and decision making.
• Establish best practices for data accuracy, integrity, and data assets stewardship.
• Lead data acquisition, integration, cleaning, validation, and analysis across systems.
