Zusammenfassung

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to drive advanced analytics, build scalable dashboards, and translate complex data into actionable business insights for Marketing and other business units.

You will lead cross-functional workstreams, define project plans, and ensure timely delivery while improving data processes and reporting methodologies. Strong SQL, Python, and BI skills are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics or equivalent is required.
• Master's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, MBA or equivalent is preferred.
• 6+ years of applied project experience including digital transformation and data management.
• 6+ years of experience creating dashboards for diagnostic analysis across the business and cloud experience.
• 4+ years as a key individual contributor in a team.

Aufgaben

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of advanced dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytical products for executive leadership and strategic initiatives.
• Design and oversee scalable reporting frameworks across multiple product lines and business segments; manage workstreams and timelines.
• Lead customer and market analyses including sizing, share, growth trends, segmentation to support Marketing strategy.
• Establish best practices for data accuracy and integrity including audits and quality checks.
• Lead data acquisition, integration, cleaning, validation, and analysis from multiple systems to support complex initiatives.
