Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an experienced Lead Data Analyst to drive complex analytics initiatives and translate large data sources into actionable insights for Marketing and the broader business.

You will lead the design of dashboards and analytical products, oversee scalable reporting, and collaborate with IT, Marketing, and Sales to deliver impact. This role requires deep technical skills and strong leadership for project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics or equivalent is required.
• Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, MBA or equivalent is preferred.
• 6+ years in Applied Project(s) experience, including digital transformation and data management.
• 6+ years in creating dashboards for diagnostic analysis across the business; cloud experience.
• 4+ years in an individual contributor role as a key team member.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytical products for executive leadership and strategic initiatives.
• Design and oversee scalable reporting frameworks across product lines and business segments.
• Lead customer and market analyses across Ryder units to support Marketing strategy and decision making.
• Establish best practices for data accuracy, integrity, and audits; steward data assets and resources.
• Lead data acquisition, integration, cleaning, validation, and analysis across multiple systems.
