Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to spearhead complex analytics initiatives, translate large data sources into actionable insights, and guide projects from concept to delivery.

You will design advanced dashboards, drive cross-functional data processes, and communicate technical findings to leadership. This role partners with Marketing, Sales, IT, and other units to elevate analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Applied Projects, including digital transformation and data management
• 6+ years creating dashboards for diagnostic analysis across the business, in a cloud environment
• 4+ years as an individual contributor in a key team role
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics or equivalent is required
• Master's Degree in Supply Chain/Data Analytics, MBA or equivalent is preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of dashboards and reporting solutions for executive leadership.
• Oversee scalable reporting frameworks across multiple product lines and segments.
• Lead customer and market analyses to support Marketing strategy and decision making.
• Establish data accuracy and integrity practices; steward data assets across the team.
• Coordinate data acquisition, integration, cleaning, and analysis from multiple systems.
