Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to guide complex analytics initiatives for the Marketing team and broader business. The role combines advanced data analysis with leadership of analytical workstreams, delivering insights from multiple data sources and turning them into actionable business recommendations.

You will design and execute dashboards, establish data quality practices, and partner with Marketing, Sales, and IT to drive data-driven decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics or equivalent, required.
• Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, MBA or equivalent, preferred.
• 6+ years in Applied Project experience: digital transformation and data management.
• 6+ years creating dashboards for diagnostic analysis across the business in a cloud environment.
• 4+ years as an individual contributor in a key team role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of advanced dashboards and analytical products for executive leadership.
• Design and oversee scalable reporting frameworks across product lines and segments.
• Lead customer and market analyses to support Marketing strategy and decision making.
• Establish best practices for data accuracy, integrity, and governance.
• Lead data acquisition, integration, cleaning, validation, and analysis across systems and tools.
