Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to drive advanced analytics for the Marketing team and broader business goals. You will translate complex data from multiple sources into actionable insights, guide projects end-to-end, and develop scalable reporting solutions used by leadership.

You will manage data quality, collaborate with IT and business units, and lead initiatives from concept through delivery while communicating progress and results to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (supply chain or data analytics).
• 6+ years in applied projects and data management.
• 6+ years creating dashboards for diagnostic analysis across the business.
• 4+ years as an individual contributor and team-prop key member.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of dashboards, reports, and analytical products for executive leadership.
• Design scalable reporting frameworks across product lines and business segments.
• Lead customer and market analyses to support Marketing strategy and decision making.
• Establish best practices for data accuracy, integrity, and audits.
• Lead data acquisition, integration, cleaning, validation, and analysis across systems.
