Job summary

Nestlé USA’s Coffee & Beverage Division is seeking a Senior Customer Account Specialist to drive category growth across assigned accounts, collaborating with account management, sales finance, retail, shopper marketing, supply chain and insights teams to execute sales fundamentals and deliver annual targets.

You will develop category plans, analyze performance, manage promotions and deductions, and present data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years related work experience preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in an Account Management role or similar.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive category growth and achieve annual sales and commercial spend targets.
• Develop category driving business plans and customer presentations.
• Support distribution tracking, promotion administration, forecasting, and deduction management.
• Collaborate with teams to translate insights into action.
