Job summary

Nestlé USA’s Coffee & Beverage Division is hiring a Senior Customer Account Specialist to support category growth across accounts, channels, and product categories. You will partner with account management, sales finance, retail, shopper marketing, supply chain, and insights teams to execute sales fundamentals and deliver annual sales objectives.

The role involves developing category driving plans, analyzing performance, managing spend, and presenting tailored category plans to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of related work experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of account management or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to lead projects and deliver KPI objectives.

Responsibilities

• Drive category growth and achieve annual sales and commercial spend targets.
• Develop category driving business plans such as new item presentations, 4P focused initiatives, and other customer presentations.
• Support in Business Planning tools through distribution tracking, promotion administration, forecasting, and deduction management.
• Identify insights from category reports and provide recommendations.
• Partner with teams to transform shopper insights into action.
• Manage commercial spend to achieve sales volume and trade spend goals, with proper admin and follow-up.
• Collaborate on financial reconciliation with Sales Finance Manager.
