Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Sr. Customer Account Specialist for the Amazon portfolio.

You will own customer accounts, drive category growth, and manage annual sales and trade spend targets while coordinating forecasting and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires 5+ years in related work, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and a proven ability to lead projects and deliver KPI objectives in a dynamic consumer goods environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience with 5+ years of related work experience.
• 1+ years of experience in an account management role or similar.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong presentation and analytical skills.
• Experience leading/owning projects and delivering KPI objectives.
• Demonstrates sales fundamentals, strategic thinking and customer service orientation.
• Excellent communication, judgement and problem-solving abilities; proactive and self-driven.

Responsibilities

• Own Amazon category accounts; drive category growth and manage annual sales and trade spend targets.
• Lead analytics for the Amazon Coffee & Beverage portfolio and support forecasting and business planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using multiple data sources to recommend forecast adjustments.
• Maintain timely and professional communication with the Amazon team and Nestlé counterparts.
• Serve as the primary contact for the Amazon Vendor Services relationship and contribute to PDP development and training.
