Job summary

Nestlé USA’s Coffee & Beverage Division is seeking a Senior Customer Account Specialist to drive category growth across assigned accounts and channels. You will partner with account management, sales finance, commercial development, retail, shopper marketing, supply chain, and insights teams to execute sales fundamentals and deliver annual objectives.

You will develop category plans, analyze performance, and provide insights from category reports, converting data into actionable recommendations

Qualifications

• University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience; 5 years of related work preferred.
• 1+ years in Account Management or similar.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong presentation skills and project leadership.
• Knowledge of Grocery, Mass and New Business channels.
• Strong communication, judgment, problem solving, and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Drive category growth and meet annual sales targets.
• Develop category-driving business plans and customer presentations.
• Support distribution tracking, promotions, forecasting, and deductions with Business Planning tools.
• Analyze category reports to identify insights and actions.
• Collaborate with CMI and Data & Reporting to turn insights into actions.
• Manage commercial spend and track trade spend; monthly reconciliation with Sales Finance.
