Job summary

Nestlé USA’s Coffee & Beverage Division is seeking a Senior Customer Account Specialist to drive category growth across assigned accounts and channels. You will collaborate with account management, sales finance, commercial development, retail, shopper marketing, supply chain, and insights teams to execute sales fundamentals and deliver annual objectives.

The ideal candidate has a BA/BS, 5+ years of related experience, and strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with proven presentation

Qualifications

University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of related work experience preferred.
Experience in account management, customer-facing roles, or comparable commercial experience preferred.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; strong presentation skills and ability to lead projects.

Responsibilities

Drive category growth and achieve annual sales and commercial spend targets.
Develop category driving business plans and customer presentations (4P initiatives, new item presentations).
Support in distribution tracking, promotion administration, forecasting, and deduction management.
Identify insights from category reports and provide recommendations to improve performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate analytics into actionable plans.
