Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for a Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr) to deliver high-level service at our Ukiah and Lakeport branches. This full-time role involves handling reservations, inquiries, and front-desk support, with a starting pay of $19 per hour.

You will assist internal and external customers, process returns and administrative tasks, and uphold our commitment to a positive customer experience. Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service, retail or administrative support experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls—reservations, rate quotes, and general questions; provide information and resolution for customers and vendors.
• Manage outgoing calls for callbacks and miscellaneous inquiries.
• Provide high level customer service by assisting customers in person and over the phone.
• Meet and greet customers and assist with directions, questions, and rental needs.
