Job summary

Washington Generators is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers in the Pacific Northwest. You will answer calls, schedule maintenance and service agreements, book sales appointments, and handle data entry for work orders.

The role requires 5+ years of customer service, strong phone skills, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook. Bilingual abilities are a plus; background check may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer service experience.
• Home Service Experience Preferred (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical)
• Friendly, outgoing demeanor with strong professional phone skills
• Experience with multi-line phone systems
• Clear written and verbal communication in English; Spanish a plus
• Comfortable with Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Highly organized and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team member
• Coordinate Service Titan Dispatch Board
• Schedule service maintenance, commercial service agreements, and sales consultant appointments
• Enter and update work orders and registrations in our system
• Provide customers with accurate information about appointments, services, and company details
• Support filter sales during customer calls
• Complete general administrative tasks as assigned
