Job summary

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team member.
• Schedule service maintenance, commercial service agreements, and sales appointments.
• Enter and update work order and registration information in our system.
• Provide customers with accurate information about appointments, services, and company details.
• Support filter sales during customer calls.
• Complete general administrative tasks as assigned.
