Job summary

Generator Supercenter of Chicagoland is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to act as the main communication hub between customers and sales, installation, and service teams. You will guide customers from initial contact through installation and ongoing maintenance, handling scheduling, updates, and documentation with a professional, organized approach.

You will be empowered to manage multiple customers, keep data accurate, and ensure a positive experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service, scheduling, or office administration preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using phone, email, and text to communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and chat.
• Schedule appointments and confirm or reschedule as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and scheduling systems.
• Coordinate with sales, installation, and service teams to provide updates.
• Follow up on open questions and ensure issues are routed appropriately.
