Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Senior Customer Experience Partner to support a large-scale integrated Supply Chain Management operation. You will oversee end-to-end logistics, leverage data and systems, and drive improvements across complex processes. This role emphasizes analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Location options include Charlotte, NC or The Woodlands, TX. Salary range is $70,000–$75,000 with a 10% annual bonus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, transportation, or customer operations.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Experience with transportation management platforms and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Execute customer programs in accordance with SOPs, IOPs and KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships as trusted advisor.
• Support end-to-end transportation and supply chain operations across multiple modes.
• Analyze service performance and identify trends for improvements.
• Lead operational reviews and KPI reporting for customers and leadership.
