Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Senior Customer Experience Partner to support a large-scale integrated supply chain operation in the United States. You will manage end-to-end logistics, analyze performance trends, and drive improvements across complex processes while building strong client relationships and collaborating with internal teams.

You will work from Charlotte, NC or The Woodlands, TX, with a salary of $70,000–$75,000 plus a 10% annual bonus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, transportation, or customer operations.
• Experience with import and export operations preferred.
• Strong systems knowledge and comfort working with transportation management platforms.
• Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Execute customer programs in accordance with defined SOPs, IOPs, and KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while serving as a trusted operational advisor.
• Support end-to-end transportation and supply chain operations across multiple modes.
• Analyze service performance, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
• Lead operational reviews and prepare KPI reporting for customers and leadership teams.
• Coordinate new projects, system enhancements, and operational initiatives.
• Manage operational exceptions and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Collaborate with Control Tower, Program Management, and Global Service Center teams.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts through root-cause analysis and performance management.
